London Properties has created a state-of-the-art national resource computer network. No other Broker does as much to enhance its associates services and increase their income. We now operate a wireless network offering the ability for our Associates to access the network from their individual desks, laptops, home offices, or handheld devices. All London Properties Associates are provided a private e-mail address and free unlimited internet access. Weekly in-house training programs keep our Associates on the cutting edge.

» Marketing Department:
Nowhere else in the country can you find a Real Estate office with as complete of an art, advertising, and marketing department. Thirteen full-time artists are available to provide complete color graphics, mailing services, brochures, or any other product needed to grow your business. » Marketing Moolah:
The most helpful program of its kind in the business, Marketing Moolah is given to agents to help defray costs of advertising activities. We'll contribute at least 25% to just about any kind of advertising our agents want to do. Real Estate publications, newspapers, magazines, etc... you name it, and we'll be there to help.

» Advertising Savings:
London Properties is the largest Real Estate advertiser in Fresno County. Our full-page contract with the Fresno Bee represents a major investment and it provides our sales associates with wonderful savings. Agents desiring additional or special exposure can purchase Bee ads at a fraction of the cost they would have incurred working for any other office. There's strength in numbers and London Properties has the biggest numbers around.

» More Referrals:
Agents typically don't like to sit at the phone for hours prospecting for clients. That's why we employ three full-time people in our Relocation Department, simply to generate client leads. We generate more referrals for our sales agents than any other firm in the Valley.

» Education Funding:
We hear over and over that we should reinvest 10% of our earnings in ourselves, but who really does it? We have a program that will help by reimbursing you 50% of your tuition for attending any CRS, CRB or GRI courses.

Bonuses begin at $10,000 and agents can earn up to 80% without having to pay a desk cost. » Video Caravan:
Sales Associates only make money when they are selling. Because London Properties understands that, we give you more selling time. Every Monday, our camera crew films every new listing of the week. Those films change a six-hour Wednesday bus caravan into a one-hour video presentation in the comfort of your own air-conditioned office. That's five hours a week, or over 30 full days a year, that you can spend selling rather than bus riding. In addition, these films can be sent to out-of-town clients, perhaps making a sale even before showing the property.
