For over 30 years, the owners of Reliance Services Corp., dba Reliance Construction, have operated as licensed general building contractors.

We have subdivided and constructed over 100 single-family units, shopping centers, office and restaurants.

We specialize exclusively at completing quality projects for London Properties Ltd, it's affiliated entities and clients.

Our principal contractor, Daniel J. Conner, is a member of London Properties Board of Directors and as such brings to London Properties an understanding and depth of construction knowledge not normally found in Real Estate brokerage firms.
