Gus is beyond excellent. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. I spent a great deal of time trying to find the perfect Realtor. I was linked to one through Rocket Mortgage, the organization that gave me my pre-qualification (I ended up not going with Rocket which was an excellent call that Gus helped me with). The assigned Realtor did not work out, we were on a completely different wavelength. I then spent some time finding various Realtors in the Clovis/Fresno area and interviewing them. Everyone has a pitch and I can't blame them but I went through probably 6-8 different Realtors, talking with them, seeing how they acted, and seeing what answers they provided. Then one day I went to an open house and there was Gus. Very calm, no pressure, and just liked to talk with me and be friendly. Anyways, he gave me his card, like many other Realtors did, and I was on my way to the next open house. When I got home I put all the various cards on the table and went about my life. A few days later I got to thinking about all the folks I had met and I gave Gus a call, just to probe him a bit more. He was so low key, cool as a cucumber, and just all around a great guy that I decided to work with him. Honestly, I always knew I could ditch him if things didn't work out. But the more I worked with Gus the more I appreciated his hustle, how he was always calm but never late with the task at hand, and most importantly to me, he never pushed me around. He advised me and left me to decide. I will recommend Gus to any person who is looking for a Realtor. I would even plug him to try and get him more business. I feel like Gus has become more than just a business partner, to me he is a friend and I truly think he feels the same way. | |||||

A few years ago after putting offers and losing two homes that we really liked, we lost faith in our Realtor... It was then when a good friend of mine recommended Gus to us, he said: "He's very efficient, he's great at negotiating.." He was right! We've got the next home we put an offer on, one with a pool that our little girls loved, I remember him coming to mine and my wife's place of work to get papers signed, he guided us by the hand on the purchase of this our first home, it was a really great experience! We stayed in that home for 7 years until the beginning of this year when I've got a job proposal in Nevada, I had to be there by April so we were running against the clock... Even though I was planning to leave the family in Fresno until the house sold (As a last resort), Gus was able to find us a buyer and close on time. So the whole family was able to leave together!
