Almost $300 million in career sales!!!

Fresno has been our home for over 45 years. I was born in Batavia, New York and grew up in the beautiful Catskill Mountain region, 90 minutes from New York City. During my teen years, I lettered in Soccer, Golf, and Hockey in high school and participated in a number of choral groups. I graduated as a National Honor Student. I was fortunate enough to witness in my youth the famous Woodstock Festival in upstate New York, which fueled up my love for music.

I am currently writing an historical fiction novel about my experience at that life-changing event.

I achieved a BS in Engineering and business at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, N.Y. While there, I became a fraternity brother of Rensselaer Society of Engineers, the oldest technical fraternity in the nation. I played soccer and ice hockey.

Walter Cronkite presented me with my diploma at graduation. I started my first job in downtown Manhattan, New York City. I got to enjoy the city life until I was transferred to our corporate headquarters in Syracuse, New York. After two winters of 180 inches of snow, I took a position as product manager at Claude Laval Corp. in sunny Fresno. I was involved with product design,applications, and field installation.

I enjoyed that position for 12 years until my children were born.

At that juncture, I made a decision to be a full time, fully committed, self employed REALTOR^®, to allow me to work around the precious family time needed to raise our children.

I participated both as a player, coach, and referee in the Fresno area Soccer programs for 20+ years. My son Alex's high school team at Clovis West won the 2008 National Championship. He also was the starting goal tender for the local semi-pro team, Fresno Fuego.

I have been a successful REALTOR^® for 35 years with the invaluable association with my creative and artistic wife and partner Laura Sidsworth.

Most of my career has been with London Properties, a strong, independent family guided company.

We have sold almost $300 million in real estate, and raised four wonderful and talented children. We are very active in the local music and arts scene.

Recently, Laura has written and published two wonderful children's books, "Spoiled Pink" and "The Treehouse Treasury", which are available in most local libraries and available for purchase online and at upcoming book signing events. Laura has just released a wonderful community website and blog named FRESburg.com.

This site is a wonderful and informative creation showing events, people, and places in our amazing community. It also is a forum for my real estate marketing program and to access "exclusive" listings that are not available in the Fresno MLS.

We have also managed our niece Kat, an aspiring musician and artist. We have released and locally produced one of her amazing songs and music video, "Satchitanada" and "What the future holds" which have had thousands of views on YouTube. You can see her and her music at kattheartist.com

I have enjoyed the position of executive producer on most of our ventures.
