In buying our first home, everyone told us how difficult and long the process was. Eric made everything as easy as picking out a few options. This was especially important because my wife and I have/ had very limited amounts of time to see houses. He sat down with my wife and I to discuss the pertinent info about our likes, dislikes, must haves and deal-breakers. Eric always scheduled viewings at times that were convenient for us. He narrowed our search into a list of 'perfect fit' homes. When we would walk through the homes in our consideration set, Eric pointed out value-adding attributes from the home, things that might cause a foreseeable problem in the future. It really helps to have an agent like Eric for multiple reasons. He is ahead of the curve as it pertains to the quickly-growing digital world of real estate. He finds listings faster and gets intel on them before many others have access to it. He is a savvy negotiator and knows how to get a fair deal, not letting his clients pay more than a home is truly worth. At the same time, he prices homes well which can get his clients more for their home too. He also takes the time to learn about different home projects and what costs and time would be involved in any renovations. There are a lot of great realtors out there, (mind you there are seemingly more bad ones) but Eric's desire to help his clients get into the right home for the right price sets him apart from the rest.
