Tiffany and Debbie Henes got us into the house we bought on very short notice on a Sunday. Importantly, they helped us establish a positive relationship with the sellers and the seller's agent, which played a big part in why our offer was the one that was accepted. Tiffany returned with me to the property to meet with the inspector and check things out herself, even though it was not in Fresno County.
