This Privacy Notice for California Consumers (Company Employees) supplements the information contained in our and applies solely to all employees, employee applicants, owners, directors, officers and contractors of London Properties, Ltd. who reside in the State of California ("consumers" or "you"). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA) and any terms defined in the CCPA and CPRA have the same meaning when used in this notice. As used throughout this notice London Properties, Ltd. is referred to as "we," "us," or "our company."
The Employee Privacy Notice applies only to individuals residing in the State of California who are considered "Consumers" under the CCPA and CPRA and from whom we collect "Personal Information" as described in the CCPA and CPRA ("Consumers"). We provide you this notice because under the CCPA and CPRA, California Residents who are job applicants, employees, or contractors of a Business qualify as Consumers. For purposes of this Employee Privacy Notice, when we refer to Consumers, we mean you to the extent you are a California employee, employee applicant, or independent contractor.
Information We Collect
We may collect Personal Information from you in a variety of different situations, including, but not limited to on our website, your mobile device, through email, in physical locations, through the mail, and/or over the telephone. More specifically, London Properties, Ltd. may collect the following categories of Personal Information from California job applicants, employees, or independent contractors, which will depend on the particular Business Purpose (described in the How We Use Personal Information below) for which we collect it:

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we are unable to verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.
You do not need to create a user account with us to make a request. However, we do consider requests made through your password protected account sufficiently verified when the request relates to personal information associated with that specific account. If you provide us with personal information in your request, we will only use it to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.
Response Timing and Format
We will try to respond to your request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. But the extension period will be no more than an additional 45 days.
We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding our receipt of your request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.
If we deliver the information to you electronically, then the information will be portable and to the extent technically feasible, in a readily usable format that allows you to transmit it to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
Personal Information Sales or Sharing Opt-Out Rights
You have the right to direct us to not sell or share your personal information at any time (the "right to opt-out").

Once you make an opt-out request, we will wait at least twelve (12) months before asking you to reauthorize personal information sales. However, you may change your mind and opt back in to personal information sales at any time by emailing: [email protected]
You do not need to create an account with us to exercise your opt-out rights. We will only use personal information provided in an opt-out request to review and comply with the request.
Automated Decision-Making Opt-Out Rights
You have the right to opt out of the use of automated decision-making technology in the event we begin using such technology. We have not used automated decision-making technology during the preceding 12 months.
Right to Correct Inaccurate Personal Information
You have the right to direct us to correct personal information that is inaccurate. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct inaccurate personal information upon receipt of your request. Please refer to "How to Exercise Your Access and Deletion Rights" above for instructions on how to submit your request.
Right to Limit use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information
You have the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to the extent allowed by CCPA and CPRA. Sensitive personal information includes but is not limited to the following: social security number, driver's license number, state identification card number, passport number, account log-in, financial account number, debit or credit card number, password, security code, geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, contents of mail, email or text messages unless the business is the intended recipient of the communication, genetic data, citizenship or immigration status, etc. This right only applies to the use of sensitive personal information other than what would be reasonably expected by an average employee. Please refer to "How to Exercise Your Access and Deletion Rights" above for instructions on how to submit your request.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA and CPRA rights.
Other California Privacy Rights
California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Security of Personal Information
We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
Retention of Personal Information
We will store personal information of job applicants, employees and independent contractors in accordance with applicable laws or regulatory requirements and retain data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the personal data was collected.
Changes to our Employee Privacy Notice
London Properties, Ltd. reserves the right to amend this privacy notice at our discretion and at any time. When we make changes to this privacy notice, we will post the updated notice on our website and update the notice's Last Revised Date above.
