In the midst of a tragedy I was dealing with in my life, I was forced to sell the home I'd been living in; however, at the same time I also had a home in California which the tragedy initiated selling as well! Pablo had become my Realtor prior to this tragedy and he was already awesome to work with! Complications existed now and Pablo was advised at this point it was fairly urgent to sell this home of mine in California. Pablo worked extremely hard for me to rid this home from my plate as it was not something else I needed to deal with. I had also adopted a family member as my Power of Attorney since I was unable to deal with the paperwork and my family member would also attest to the fact of how fantastic Pablo is to work with but also how prompt he is at getting things in order for the sale! Pablo initiated an open house for an entire weekend - which he hosted. He worked very hard, I know, to advertising the open house and attending to it! We received many offers and even through the process of discussing them with myself and my PoA, I could tell he had not only reviewed them himself prior to the discussion but he organized them properly to go over the best first, but inevitably left the decision up to me! Of course! He is polite and patient! I had even at one point become frustrated with everything going on with home sales and life's dealings and he completely remained calm and patient with me while we were having a phone discussion and I was frustrated! Once in escrow and because of my life dealings at hand, Pablo assumed all responsibility necessary to not bother me with each process unless he needed me to sign or such, or if I had reached out to him for information. He was always available for anything I had questions to. I would greatly recommend Pablo for your agent whether selling or buying! Source: realtor.com |
