Tuvimos la fortuna de trabajar con una excelente agente de bienes raíces. Desde el primer momento se mostró muy atenta, siempre dispuesta a responder nuestras preguntas y explicarnos con paciencia cada uno de los términos que no entendíamos. Lo que más valoramos fue que no se limitó a mostrarnos una sola opción, sino que se tomó el tiempo de explorar todas las posibilidades disponibles para que pudiéramos tomar la mejor decisión para nosotros. Aunque surgieron algunos problemas en el proceso (como suele pasar en estos trámites), ella se encargó de que todo se resolviera lo más pronto posible, sin que nosotros tuviéramos que preocuparnos más de la cuenta. Fue una experiencia muy positiva y definitivamente la recomendaríamos a cualquiera que esté buscando comprar o vender una propiedad. |
