Connie and Portia were extremely helpful in helping us find our first home. Connie was especially helpful as she was extremely patient with us as we went through our home buying experience. She was able to send us multiple homes and quickly understood exactly what we were looking for. She had a great eye for finding what we wanted and was able to be efficient with our time. She also kept looking for a home for us even when we were going through a traumatic family emergency and was extremely helpful and understanding. She truly made it a mission for herself to help us and made us feel comforted. While we put an offer on the home, Connie was able to calm our nerves and walk us through the process. She was able to professionally talk us through next steps, stay in contact with the lender and the buyer, and help us make good decisions during the offer and purchase of the home. She had great contacts to help inspect the home and help us know what next steps were needed. Even when there were stressful times, Connie was professional and was able to talk us through next steps. Amazing and Perfection!! We received the friends and family treatment, which I'm pretty sure everyone gets with Connie and Portia. They kept on top of everything to keep us on our deadline.
