Valiant & John were a wonderful team to work with. I never felt urged or coerced to do anything, in fact it was just the opposite. Valiant always made sure we were always well armed to make an informed decision. Valiant & John were always available either in person or on the phone. They thought of everything and made sure we knew what we needed to do & when. Valiant was always checking in to see if we needed anything. Bottom line is we sold for our asking price in a tough season / market all due to Valiant & John's efforts.
