Here's an article that serves as a GREAT reminder of how important it is to consider the needs of our clients and the full benefits of the neighborhood(s) that they are or could be interested in. Just 2 days ago a friend of mine mentioned how much he loved their new neighborhood (out near Fort Washington) because of the great bike trails. He said that they've been biking to dinner and loving it! Let's remember that our Job is to really unpack and showcase the benefits of the neighborhoods, not just the home.
