Plantings and Land Use
Property is planted to 78 acres of producing almonds on the southwest parcel on Nemaguard rootstock and planted in 2006. Varieties include Monterey, Avalon and Non Pareil.

The balance of the property on the northeast parcel, 76 acres is open land that has historically been farmed to row crops.

Water
The property is located within the Merced Subbasin Groundwater Sustainability Agency (GSA). This GSA does have an approvedGroundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) from the State Water Resources Control Authority. This is important, as it limits additional pumping fees.

Property has three (3) wells, one (1) 40 HP minimally used, one (1) 150 HP with a 20 HP booster pump and 3 sand media tank filter station, and one (1) 100 HP main well. The main well hasa 25 HP booster pump, in addition to a 5 HP sump pump located on the southwest corner (mainly used for winter drainage).

Groundwater Disclosure
Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) requires groundwater basins to be sustainable by 2040. SGMA may limit ground water pumping. For more information, please visit the SGMA website.
