Secondary Processing
Secondary processing includes both a Kernel and Dedicated Inshell Line with +/-18,000lbs per hour capacity.

Dedicated five (5) air compressors on individual lines.

Kernel Production Line: Satake Evo series, Buhler FB1, X-Ray FM (Foreign Material) Detector, two (2) sort tables, +/-18,000lb per hour sizer, and Qcify sample analyzer. There is also a dust aspiration system. Separate In-house QC sample room equipped with stations to analyze in-house samples; automated case erector and filler with robotic palletizing.

Dedicated Inshell Production Line: One (1) two pass re-sort optical sorter, Buhler FB1, Metal detector, one (1) sort table, and an automatic robotic palletizer. This line is capable of doing further processing.

There is also a separate USDA/DFA inspection area.

Sale includes all conveyors and packaging-related equipment for 25lb and 50lb cases/sacks, as well as 2,200lb bulk bins and/or bags.

Buildings / Improvements
Three (3) concrete buildings with sealed doors and two (2) metal buildings for storage. One (1) of the metal buildings was recently built in 2019 and is +/-21,000sq.ft. There is also a break-room and a separate building used as a workshop for repairs. Property has three (3) loading/unloading docks and one (1) truck scale. There is also a propane fueled Batch hot air bin dryer with +/-48,000 lbs capacity and a pole barn for bin storage.

Conventional & USDA Organic Certified Processing Facility. FDA registered and 3 Party Audited, HACCP, GMP & BRCGS Certified.
