Good Morning. Here is a great thought for the day: A young woman became interested in flower arranging and entered some of her work in a competition flower show. She didn't win anything, but she did asked one of the judges if he would be kind enough to point out where she had gone wrong. He told her to come back the next day and when she did, he handed her three envelopes. "The next time you do an arrangement," he said, "open one of these and follow the instructions, do the same thing on each of your next two arrangements." A few days later she made an arrangement and opened the first envelope. It read, "Take out half the flowers and rearrange the rest." She did. The next day she did another arrangement and opened the second envelope; the message was the same. Once again she followed the instructions. When she came to the third envelope it contained yet again the same message. She followed the instructions to the letter and entered the third arrangement in another show. This time she won first prize. Quality in life is achieved the same way as in flower arranging. Eliminate half of what you do. SIMPLIFY, and you win.
"Each morning is the beginning of a new day. You have been given this day to use as you will. You can waste it or use it for good. What you do today is important because you are exchanging a day of your life for it. When the sun rises tomorrow this day will be gone forever, in its place will be something you have left — may it be something good. Follow your heart, it knows what to do."
